Product Returns and Refunds
Returns will be accepted 30 calendar days from the date of order. This policy may vary depending on each distributor's guidelines. Therefore, if the distributor will not offer NetworkMedic, LLC to return a product, the customer will not then be eligible for a refund.

Labor Refunds
Labor may only be refunded in the case where actual damages are sustained by the customer and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Special or Custom Orders
Special or Custom orders are not subject to returns or refunds.

Card Processing Fees
Credit card processing fees will not be refunded.
